Atom LL Red Feature Player of the Week - Avery D.
This weeks featured player is #97 Avery D. a former netminder who decided to check out life on the wing.
Avery is a hockey boy all the way through. He's always up for a pickup game and will play whatever position you need him to... he just wants to play. The Coaches can always count on him to back check hard. His strong skating skills and his speed on the ice make him an asset to his teammates.
When he is not on the ice he can be found watching the Leafs, or the Owen Sound Attack or Bereghost Games on YouTube. In the off season he keeps himself in shape with road hockey and baseball. Never a quiet moment with this gritty sports boy!
When you see him in the arena you can see how much the team spirit is in this young hockey player. He just loves having a team to play with.
