Battle of Red and White Ice Dogs just like wine... Never know what happens next.
It was another great game between the two Ice Dog Pee Wee teams and Team Red pulled out a hard fought 3-2 win.
Hayden was switched around with Mitch V V, and he responded with a nice first period goal, assisted by Austin and Mitch K, and the team kept up with some nice passing and breakouts the rest of the game.
In the second, Hayden again scored, this time with a sweet top shelf goal, but the White team responded with two goals of their own before a wide open Connor Mc fired in a goal while falling to his knees, assisted by Todd, to send the game into the third period with us up 3-2.
This period had plenty of action, with James hitting the post, another goal called back due to a kick in, and with Team Whites goalie pulled for another skater, the last minute was a mad scramble to the end.
The score stayed 3-2 and we finished the game with a good team effort by everyone.
Nice job Red Dogs !!!
