Icedogs win in barnburner against Mount Forest, News, U13 Rep, U13, 2022-2023 (Arran-Elderslie Minor Hockey)

The Icedogs came out flying in this game and outscored the Rams 6-1 in the first period.  There were some passing plays that were NHL caliber.  Shout outs to rookies Landon S and Landry W with their first goals of the season in the first period.  The Icedogs and Rams traded 2 goals each in the second period for 8-3 lead heading to the third.  We knew the Rams would push hard in the third and they sure did.  They scored 3 fairly quick before we woke back up and poured it on for the final 3 minutes and the final was 9-6.  Lessons learned in this one was to never get away from your own game.  But all in all, a very solid win.
