In a hockey galaxy.... not too far away.....
..... the U13A Icedogs, boldy skated into their last game of season.

With the further advancement now out of the equation, after a 5-1 loss, earlier in the week, this was a positive, fun filled final game to wrap up the season.

Little did any player know at the time, but much different than the Marvel Multiverse.... the Icedogs found themselves wrapped in a vortex and were pulled into the Merv-iverse.

The alternate reality of the Merv-iverse can really put a twist on reality and some things can happen just outside of normal.

Here in the Merv-iverse, players like Jaxson T and Harley M, were victims of the penalty box.

Here in the Merv-iverse a player like Seth H, was immediately teleported into the penalty box, just seconds removed from taunting Jaxson T for being in there.

Here in the Merv-iverse, a player like Cole W... lets say..... spent zero time in the penalty box.

Here in the Merv-iverse, it was possible for Hunter G and Liam M to defy physics and each somehow score goals from impossible angles.

Here in the Merv-iverse, it is a tradition for both opponents to battle in a head to head stretch off at centre ice after the flood. No winner of the stretch battle was declared.

And let us not forget the oddest occurrence of all. Just shortly after the team declaring the existence of the Merv-iverse itself, it was Merv (Starlord of the Merv-iverse) who himself defied all laws of physics of his normally dampened shot, and popped a beauty goal... bar down....yes I said it..... bar down.

This was shortly after Merv mastered the power of the force and was able to stop the puck, with just his mind.

All kidding aside, The spirits were high and a top shelf effort from every single player. Their comradery was present again and showed how this team made it through an entire season with only 3 losses. Something to be proud of for each and every player.

Up next is the final ice time for this crew where they will face their toughest opponent yet, vs the parents and siblings of the their very own teammates. Bring the kleenex kids.... you may need them to sop up your tears lol.
