Ice Dogs vs Capitals in Walkerton
There was a lot of action in the first period with many attempts on net with no success by the dogs and the period ended with a score of 1-0 for Walkerton.
Second period started with a blast from Logan McIntosh with a unassisted 5 hole in the first 8 seconds of the
period. Walkerton came back with a 2-1 lead and on our power play they received another goal. The Capitals got a little hands on which ended with penalties for both teams, Whaaaat? By the end of the second the score was 4-1 Walkerton. The 3rd period started great with a end to end goal by Conor McLeod and that was the last goal the dogs could get past the goalie. We couldn't keep the puck out of our end which gave the Capitals a final score of 7-2. Shake it off dogs! and we'll see you tomorrow at practice (-:
