INSTRUCTIONS:
a) Fill in Cover Letter with your information..save it as a file so you can upload later to VSC application
b) Use OPP online link to complete steps for VSC
c) Use Link #3 to upload email you receive from your VSC submission (use a screenshot of that email)
d) Use Link #3 AGAIN to upload email saying VSC is complete
***you will need your HCR (Spordle) number to complete steps c and d.
