Hey IceDog Coaches, Managers and Parent Reps! Thanks for volunteering your time and energy to AEMHA...here are a couple of things to help with your start-up:
1) Once you get your games, tournaments etc. scheduled, send everything to Corey Mannerow (our Ice Scheduler)...he will upload everything to our website for you to keep things consistent:

2) Corey is also the guy you email if you need to cancel a practice/game for some reason...weather is a fairly routine one BUT if you know you might need to cancel a practice for another reason, please give Corey as much notice as possible (a week preferably) so the Association isn't charged for ice we didn't use.
3) Equipmenent Managers Kevin and Jeff are busy sorting jerseys and getting teams outfitted for the season. A reminder that the beautiful IceDog jersey's should be collected after each game and stored in our jersey bags...jerseys should not be in player's hockey bags please.
4) If you are Ap'ing players to your roster (once rosters are finalized), please make your expecations clear to those families. All coach's have different expectations for AP's and there is no "one way to do it"...but laying the groundwork will be very helpful to all involoved.
