Update on AEMHA Activities...
Submitted By Scott Price on Friday, March 20, 2020
Good morning IceDog Nation!

I hope everyone is making the best of the situation and staying healthy.

The AEMHA Executive does not have any hard answers to many of the questions we have.  For now, we are completing suspending all activities until further notice (hopefully sooner than later but like everyone, we wait and take direction from the Governing bodies.)

1) I will update this website as regularly as possible when updates become available.

2) Please put all AEMHA equipment, jerseys, iPads etc. in a safe location and we will get it collected as soon as possible.  As you can imagine, we do not want to have to replace lost equipment so we are counting on teams to help us out.  If possible, washing and sterilizing equipment would be helpful.

3) If you are thinking of putting your name in to coach a team next year, please consider doing so as soon as possible.  Thinking ahead, things might happen pretty fast in August and early September to get a new season going...as an Association, these are potentinal decisions we could have in place instead of scrambling last minute.  The tradtional deadline to apply to coach is usually July 30 BUT that could be moved up this year...stay tuned!

4) Thanks to everyone (and I mean everyone)! for a great season of hockey.  Our Win-Loss record was very good but that is not the true measure of our season.  I hope that everyone was able to see their player develop, make lasting friendships and have some personal and team success along the way.  Speaking from my own person family perspective, this was certainly the case.  I want to personally thank all of IceDog Nation for making my experience a positive one this year!

Thanks everyone and stay safe and healthy!
