Happy Hockey Season IceDogs! I plan on posting updates on a semi-regular basis this year to keep IceDog Nation up to date. After being at the rink for 7 out the past 8 days, the hockey season is definitely upon us!
Congratulations to all the IceDogs on their Rep team tryouts. There were lots of kids vying for spots and the decisions were extremely tough. I think this shows our organization is doing a great job developing players.
Congratulation to all the kids who were selected to the Rep Teams. To the players that were not selected--have terrific seasons and take what you learned to your new teams and become even better players.
Thanks to all the Coaches and Executive members that took time out of their busy schedules to help with tryouts and preseason skates.
Most teams have already hit the ice and the Atom LL and Pee Wee LL teams will be decided soon. We will be looking for Coaches, Assistant Coaches and Trainers with these teams too--please strongly consider joining a coaching staff as we needs lots of good people in these roles.
Hockey Day in Arran-Elderslie will be here before you know it---stay tuned for details on that coming in the next few weeks!
