IceDogs and Vipers Start With A Tie
The IceDogs met the Arthur Vipers on their home ice and both teams skated to a tie that could not be broken, even in the ten minute overtime. Final score 3 for everybody!
This will be the shortest of all the articles submitted this year, due to a lack of information due to non attendance, a reporter who did not do much reporting and no gamesheet. Since I have no sheet, I will be awarding assists to everyone and a couple of goals to our goalie, who never gets points for all the fantastic stops he makes. However, it has been whispered that Chase, Will and Mitch were the players who last touched the puck, although in no particular order. No one could recall if anyone had to sit in the box of shame for any particular length of time, so that is a good thing too. This game required a full ten minute overtime to remind everyone that it was meant to be a tie. Otherwise, I hope the fans did their job to cheer loudly and the players did their job to skate hard and have fun. Go IceDogs!!
