ICE DOGS BATTLE STORM.....
Well, Ice Dog fans, it was an amazing game as our whites took on the Storm at the Plex.  It was a high-noon show-down and the fans were not disappointed.  Coast to coast action and a few tense moments lead to a fast-paced, heart stopping action!

Our Dogs played their hearts and souls out today and each player should be extremely proud of how he/she skated, showed determination, team spirit and fair play!!  You all made AEMHA proud!!  Well done Ice Dogs!!  It proves that scoring goals and winning all games isn't truly what the game is about.  The score board certainly did not reflect how you played.  The Storm won by a 3-0 game, but that isn't what this article is going to focus on.

First of all, you each played the best game of the season today as a TEAM.  There was lots of positive cheering coming from the bench and it wasn't just the coaching staff that we could hear!!  Second, it was so nice to see our players skating back to give Wyatt the old good tap on the pad and way to go encouragement.  Not too many times you see this in novice, true team spirit!  Also, the shouting to each other on the ice about off-sides or tapping the stick to make sure everyone was over the blue line, great plays!!  This team has grown together over the course of the season and it shows that each and everyone loves the game of hockey and they just want to play.  I know that I have said this before, but it needs repeating, a big hockey helmet salute to the entire coaching staff for their efforts, dedication and commitment to this young team!!  You all have made this season a fun-filled, skill building and have played a large part in creating lasting memories for our players, thank you, thank you and thank you!!

Next up for our whites, home game tomorrow at pm in Paisley vs TCDMHA.  Should be another crowd pleaser, so come on out and help cheer on this great team, you won't be disappointed!!

Keep your stick on the ice and keep working hard and you will continue to be successful!!
