A Tight Game Against Bruce Peninsula
The Atom Girls fought hard against the Bruce Peninsula Northstars but ended in a 2-1 loss.
With some great skating, goaltending and a sweet goal from Emily M., the girls kept the game tied 1-1 until the third period. Bruce Peninsula ended up sneaking one in right at the end for the win. Despite the loss, our girls still had smiles on their faces because they knew they played a great game against a well-matched team...or perhaps it was because they knew there were birthday treats waiting for them in the dressing room!
Either way, they played a great game! Good job girls!
