You win some, you lose some...
After a two win streak, the Atom Girls finally found their match against the Lucknow Wingham C Girls team.
Despite some good passing, lots of skating, and some great defensive plays, the girls just couldn't catch a break against the Lucknow-Wingham C Girls team. Our goalie finally got to see some pucks after her shut out last game and she made some great saves. The girls really seemed to come alive in the third period as the play was in the other teams end a bit more and we didn't allow a single goal that period. It's just too bad we didn't see some of that drive a little earlier.
It was a tough loss girls, but chin up, we have some more games and practices coming up. Let's get back in gear and show them what we're made of!
