And it's a draw...
After a much anticipated game against the Walkerton Capitals, the Arran-Elderslie Pee Wee LL White team skated to a 1-1 tie on home ice in Tara.
Despite being in their end for most of the game, the Ice Dogs just couldn't grab another goal. Walkerton started off the battle with an early goal right off the bat in the first period and we answered a couple minutes later with Tie J. knocking in a point shot from Hayden G.
We tied up the game in the first five minutes and we left it there. Not that we didn't try! We had many great plays, passes and shots on net, but we just couldn't slip one past Walkerton's goalie.
Good job Ice Dogs! Keep of the great teamwork!
