No love lost against Bruce Peninsula
It appears your manager has been a bit busy of late...failing to report the end of one playoff and the beginning of another.  And so, here you have it...your Valentines report. (My apologies in advance)

Like all great relationships there comes a time when the honeymoon period ends.  With your Atom reps, it was after game two against Lucknow.  At first we couldn't be separated from them (taking away their time and space) but eventually, alas, the passion of our play ended, and things quickly deteriorated.  Oh, don't get me wrong, we can still be friends, but that Sepoy ship has sailed.  Probably the most memorable part of that stint was how stormy things got--it was just too difficult to build momentum with all those blow outs (...or white outs).

And so we moved on.  It's funny how things work out on the rebound--a few dates with Walkerton and West Grey--and we had a bit of the ol confidence back.  Sure it wasn't all pretty in Walkerton, but they weren't entirely out of our league.  And hey, we haven't had much luck on Saturdays at home...but we did okay with West Grey.

And well, that brings us to last night in Tara.  On the eve of Valentines, and here we are hosting an old affair...Wiarton.  No love lost there.  But we seemed to lack a little passion for them until the third...  Kind of heartbreaking in the end though.

I don't know.  Maybe we just need to get out there more.  Maybe we should just see more people.  Goderich?  Mount Forest?  There's lots of fish in the sea.

Happy Valentines day to players, parents, and coaches.  (I warned you)
