The Pee Wee Red Ice Dogs ran up to Wiarton to take on the Predators.
James and the rest of the team were on fire to begin the game, and it started off on a quick pace.
With lots of heads up hockey, looking and passing, lots of hustle, and going to the net, and we were rewarded with a shot by Hayden which hit a Bruce Peninsula player and found its way into the net.
In the second period, we scored another hard fought goal as after two shots on net, Jordan fired in the third shot to gives us our second goal. This period was also our 'breakdown' period, as we fell behind 4-2 after some sloppy play in our own end.
The third period was better as we skated well and continued to do some nice body checking, but in the end, we left with a 5-2 loss.
This was a very entertaining game to watch, and with our better play of late, I know the wins will come our way.
