Three games in five days = things to work on...
After the third game in five days was over, the team started to put some things together.

The first game in Kincardine was a tough game to play against a well rounded team. Not too many things went our way and we ended up on a 5-0 loss.

Game two was in Paisley against Hanover, and with one Ref MIA, things didn't start off good and after a replacement Ref was found, we started 15 minutes late and down 3-0 after the first period.  In the second period, we found ourselves on the PP for half the period, with some 5 on 4's and 5 on 3's, but we seemed to think that their goalie had a bullseye on his jersey, and we shot over and over into his chest ending the period still down 3-0 . In the third period, we traded two goals each, with Tie and Brianna scoring for the Ice Dogs. As a team we need to look up and start to pass to each other to make any headway in the win category with the few remaining games that we have.

Game three was in Walkerton against a chippy #3 team, and Brianna scored a nice goal in front of the net, and we were only down 2-1 in a back-in-forth period. In the second period, things started to get rough and we constantly turned over the puck over and over, and it cost us in goals allowed, with Jordan putting in a goal to finish out the second period. In the third, Walkerton showed their true colors, playing a dirty period, filling up the penalty box all period ( it ended up 14 to 8 in penalties for Walkerton, with three of them double minors  ). Mitch V V scored on a end to end rush for the Ice Dogs, but the game ended on a bad note with 1.8 seconds left and a pile-up in the corner.
With a few games left in the season, we need to pull together as a team and play smart hockey to finish the year on a high note.

We can do this Ice Dogs...
