Novice Rep Team Sends Zurich a Message!!!!
A busy Tara arena hosted game two of the WOAA finals and our home team sent Zurich a clear message.
It didn't take long to see our Novice Rep players came ready to play. There was a definite buzz in and around the building as playoff hockey was in town.
Both forward lines were working hard on the forecheck and moved the puck well. Greg and Jeremy kept the team motivated all game long. Our faithful defenders kept Zurichs oportunities in our end to a minimum. And as for the goaltending, Aiden sure put on a clinic to record the shutout. Final Score, Icedogs 4, Zurich 0.
Game three is next weekend back in Zurich. Great job kids and keep up the great work.
