Please print the Registration Form for the 2012-2013 season and bring filled out for quicker processing. Look closely at the payment options and dates for post dated cheques including the fundraising requirements.
Note: Cheques dated early will be cashed at start of June.
Late registration fees will apply after June 15, 2012
Remember to identify the intent to tryout or not for the Representative team as this is fundamental to getting our 2012-2013 season organized.
