Our Dogs proved to C-Dog that we are still worthy, not a loss in January!!
With the pack back at full strenght, they played very well. Nice to see Corson get revenge with a 2 point night, against the same team he played tender for us!! Nice goal!!!! Our other defensive pair also had a point each, on a nice goal from Nate with Connor setting him-up, and Parker got-in on that one too!!! Great line effort. Tie was up-to his old tricks, a Gordie Howe hat-trick, with a goal, assist and penalty for body-contact!! With 2 weeks off, Gavin got a ruff welcome back, he was kind-of checked all over the ice and wound-up with a 2 minute slash.
With 2 games remaining, in February, let's take January's effort and we'll forget all about December!! Right, Coach?! Our tournament is not far off, and play-offs to follow, oh ya, don't forget howling rights are coming up with our game against those "other dogs"! Be ready!!!
Keep your stick on the ice and remember to look before you make that pass!!
